Family Support Specialist,
This position will provide holistic one-on-one support to Center for Families (CFF) participants, build accountability in participants toward their goals by empowering them, and provide administrative and logistic support to the Director of CFF to achieve program goals.
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager will be development and direction of training curriculum for scholars, volunteers, and interns, as well as collaborating with the Director to push recruitment strategies, selection strategies, training objectives, and ongoing support components of the Act Six initiative at all partner colleges.
This position is responsible for supporting the facilities of UV and CRJHS and ensuring the safety of staff, students, and community members. The campus, consisting of several buildings, is located in South Minneapolis and serves over 15,000 community members and program participants each year.
