By combining education with encouragement, the program helps families create healthy, safe environments where babies can thrive.
Parents are a child’s first and moist important teacher. Me & My Baby walks alongside them and supports their role in their child’s life.
What it looks like
Parents meet regularly in a supportive group led by staff and guest experts. The program emphasizes early stimulation, bonding, and responsive parenting, while also teaching essential topics like nutrition, emotional regulation, positive discipline, values, and early academic preparation for kindergarten.
Families leave with confidence, stronger relationships, and children who are better prepared to enter kindergarten ready to learn.
