Youth Mentoring
Every student needs someone in their corner
The Challenge
Young people often carry heavy burdens by themselves..
Many students in our community are navigating school stress, family struggles, and tough choices without someone consistent in their corner. Without support, those challenges can pile up, impacting confidence, decision-making, and hope for the future.
Students with a mentor are 55% more likely to enroll in college.
How Hub Club Makes A Difference
Youth Mentoring provides middle and high school students with trusted mentors and a supportive peer community.
We help students feel known, valued, and supported as they grow into their future.
Students with mentors are more likely to attend school regularly and less likely to engage in risky behaviors.
What it looks like
Students meet weekly in a group setting and are matched with a personal mentor. Together, they talk about school, life, and goals with a steady rhythm of encouragement and real conversation.
“No words feel big enough for what this has meant to me.”
