UV Students Create A Cookbook

The Urban Ventures Farm team taught a Farming & Cooking elective class to students in our after-school program this year. 

The students shared their favorite memories from class and compiled their very own cookbook.

Many of the recipes used fall produce from our farm, including apples, pumpkins, cabbage, beets, carrots, spinach, kale & radishes.
