Executive Director, Urban Ventures Academy
The Executive Director is CEO of Urban Ventures Academy. He or she is responsible for the effective operation of the school, general administration of all instructional, business, or other operations of the schools. She or he will administer and supervise the school and its employees, lead development of educational program improvement, foster a culture of positive, engaged learners, and serve as a strong advocate for the school’s core values--including developmental philosophy and parental involvement.
After School Teacher (Mixed Age Students)
1st - 8th Grade
The After-School Teacher is responsible for implementation of After School program components and services for students in varied classes (1st-8th grade), in order to achieve program performance goals and objectives. Core activities will support S.T.E.A.M and 21st Century skills for youth in the program.

Custodian/Maintenance (Part-time; Temp-to-hire)
Perform scheduled custodial/maintenance duties for Urban Ventures and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. Maintain safe and clean campus environment.
This key Finance position serves as the general ledger accountant and has responsibility for the daily financial and accounting data in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.
Family Support Specialist,
This position will provide holistic one-on-one support to Center for Families (CFF) participants, build accountability in participants toward their goals by empowering them, and provide administrative and logistic support to the Director of CFF to achieve program goals.
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager will be development and direction of training curriculum for scholars, volunteers, and interns, as well as collaborating with the Director to push recruitment strategies, selection strategies, training objectives, and ongoing support components of the Act Six initiative at all partner colleges.
