Summer Internship Program

About the Internship Program
The Urban Ventures Internship Program offers competitive, paid internships for young adults who want on-the-job experience while giving back to the community. Covering a variety of skills, majors and interests, this experience allows interns to apply their learning in meaningful ways under the mentorship of experienced professionals. The program also features professional development, meetings with senior leaders, and networking opportunities.
You'll Be Supporting Summer Ventures Programs
As part of Urban Ventures' academic support programming, Summer Ventures is a full-day, multi-week summer program for rising 1st through 7th grade students. Students grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually while keeping their academic skills active. It blends academic support in math and reading with creative enrichment, field trips, and fun, helping young students stay sharp and stay connected.
Schedule & Availability
15-20 hours per week, starting in May and finishing in August. Scheduled hours vary by role; please find details on the individual postings on the Urban Ventures Internship link. Any additional hours are flexible and will be determined with the supervisor.
