At Urban Ventures Farm, we grow minds, and food for our neighbors. The Urban Ventures Farm Stand is the primary distribution point for the food we grow both locally at our urban farm (the largest in Minneapolis), as well as our larger acreage in Lakeville.

We also partner with other food-focused nonprofits to ensure a steady supply and variety of healthy and nutritious food throughout the growing season.

During the week, students from Urban Ventures, Minneapolis Public Schools, and other local partners visit the farm to learn where our food comes from and why healthy eating is an important part of building a better future for our bodies, souls, and community.

Every Tuesday during the growing season (typically late June through October) we open the farm stand so our neighbors can enjoy some of the harvest.

Stop by and pick up some fresh herbs, recently picked vegetables, or even some corn cobs right off the stalk. All produce is free, or pay what you can, for our neighbors.
