How Violence Prevention Makes A Difference
Pathway is a referral-based diversion program that offers adult participants an alternative to jail. In partnership with the city, we provide structure, support, and a path forward.
Graduates from the program not only have a plan for success, they also get a clear record, opening the doors to greater opportunity.

What it looks like
Participants attend weekly group sessions led by mentors with lived experience, receive trauma-informed therapy, and work with case managers to access job support, mental health care, and other wraparound services.
Completion means charges are expunged and graduates have a real chance for a new beginning.
